Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. has completed the previously announced acquisition of the assets of a Metals USA, Inc. business, Metals USA Specialty Metals Northwest, Inc., after final approval of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, in connection with Metals USA's bankruptcy filing.
